1. How You Earn Commissions

  • Monthly Subscriptions (Recurring Revenue):
    You earn a 20% commission on every subscription payment made by a customer you refer. These earnings are verified and approved after a 15-day pending period.
  • Transaction Bonuses:
    You also earn a commission every time your referred user pays a transaction fee invoice (generated from their own sales). These rewards are added to your balance instantly (20% fee applied).
  • COD Exclusion:
    Transaction fee commissions are not applied to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as Xpage.ai charges 0% fees on these transactions.
  • 6-Month Limit on Transactions:
    While subscription earnings are ongoing, commissions earned from a user's transaction fees are limited to the first 6 months (180 days) of activity on the platform.

2. Tracking Your Referrals

  • 60-Day Window:
    When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser for 60 days. If they sign up during this period, they are linked to your account.
  • Unique Referral Code:
    All tracking is managed through a unique referral code automatically generated for you.

3. Getting Paid

  • Minimum Payout:
    You can request a withdrawal once your total available earnings reach USD100.
  • Payment Methods:
    Payouts are issued directly via Bank Transfer.
  • International Users:
    You must provide a valid IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code.
  • Users in Morocco:
    You are required to provide a 24-digit RIB; IBAN and SWIFT details are not permitted for these local transfers.
  • Managing Requests:
    You can cancel a payout request through your dashboard as long as it is still in the "Pending" status.

4. Rules and Account Safety

  • Mandatory Onboarding:
    To activate your account and access your dashboard, you must complete a quick onboarding process to specify your country and promotion strategy.
  • Refunds and Rejections:
    If a customer you referred receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be marked as "Rejected" and deducted from your balance.
  • Account Status:
    The platform reserves the right to deactivate affiliate accounts to stop the generation of new commissions.

5. Your Privacy and Data

  • Transparent Dashboard:
    You can monitor your referred users' status (Sign-up, Active, or Inactive) and track your earnings in real-time.
  • Data Protection:
    To protect the privacy of your referrals, their email addresses will be partially masked in your dashboard (example: ab***@email.com).
