Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. How You Earn Commissions

  • Monthly Subscriptions (Recurring Revenue):
    You earn a 20% commission on every subscription payment made by a customer you refer. These earnings are verified and approved after a 15-day pending period.
  • Transaction Bonuses:
    You also earn a commission every time your referred user pays a transaction fee invoice (generated from their own sales). These rewards are added to your balance instantly (20% fee applied).
  • COD Exclusion:
    Transaction fee commissions are not applied to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as Xpage.ai charges 0% fees on these transactions.
  • 6-Month Limit on Transactions:
    While subscription earnings are ongoing, commissions earned from a user's transaction fees are limited to the first 6 months (180 days) of activity on the platform.

2. Tracking Your Referrals

  • 60-Day Window:
    When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser for 60 days. If they sign up during this period, they are linked to your account.
  • Unique Referral Code:
    All tracking is managed through a unique referral code automatically generated for you.

3. Getting Paid

  • Minimum Payout:
    You can request a withdrawal once your total available earnings reach USD100.
  • Payment Methods:
    Payouts are issued directly via Bank Transfer.
  • International Users:
    You must provide a valid IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code.
  • Users in Morocco:
    You are required to provide a 24-digit RIB; IBAN and SWIFT details are not permitted for these local transfers.
  • Managing Requests:
    You can cancel a payout request through your dashboard as long as it is still in the "Pending" status.

4. Rules and Account Safety

  • Mandatory Onboarding:
    To activate your account and access your dashboard, you must complete a quick onboarding process to specify your country and promotion strategy.
  • Refunds and Rejections:
    If a customer you referred receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be marked as "Rejected" and deducted from your balance.
  • Account Status:
    The platform reserves the right to deactivate affiliate accounts to stop the generation of new commissions.

5. Your Privacy and Data

  • Transparent Dashboard:
    You can monitor your referred users' status (Sign-up, Active, or Inactive) and track your earnings in real-time.
  • Data Protection:
    To protect the privacy of your referrals, their email addresses will be partially masked in your dashboard (example: ab***@email.com).

6. Affiliate Referral Policy

  • Eligibility for Payouts:
    Affiliates become eligible for payouts only after accumulating a minimum of USD 100 in approved commissions.
    A referred user is considered valid only if:
    • The user is new to xPage
    • The subscription payment is successfully completed
    • The account is not refunded, disputed, canceled, or flagged for fraud
  • Self-Referrals:
    Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not create accounts for themselves or use accounts they directly or indirectly control in order to generate commissions. Any commissions generated through self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake signups, or abusive activity will be automatically canceled.
  • Commission Approval:
    All affiliate commissions are subject to manual and automated verification by xPage. xPage reserves the right to place commissions under review for fraud prevention, payment verification, abuse detection, or suspicious activity investigations.
  • Payout Threshold:
    Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of USD 100 in approved commissions before requesting or receiving a payout. Commissions below the minimum threshold will automatically roll over to the next payout cycle.
  • Payouts:
    Approved payouts are processed according to xPage's payout schedule and available payout methods. Affiliates must maintain their account in good standing and comply with all platform policies to remain eligible for payouts.
    xPage reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject payouts if:
    • Fraudulent activity is detected
    • Chargebacks or disputes occur
    • The affiliate violates platform policies
    • Payment verification is incomplete
  • Policy Enforcement:
    xPage reserves the right to withhold, reverse, revoke, or permanently remove affiliate commissions at its sole discretion in cases of:
    • Fraudulent referrals
    • Fake or incentivized signups
    • Misleading promotions
    • Spam traffic
    • Abuse of coupon or referral systems
    • Any activity deemed harmful to xPage or its users

    Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination from the xPage Affiliate Program. Continued participation in the xPage Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
